中国铁路提速后技术进步对产出贡献的测算

选取我国铁路提速后1997~2007年间的相关数据,采用基于科布——道格拉斯生产函数的Solow余值法,将有限分布滞后模型和半参数回归模型引入计算模型,对数据进行拟合,计算得到铁路提速后技术进步、固定资本投入以及人力资本投入对产出的贡献率,并根据计算结果提出促进我国高速铁路建设的相关对策建议.     

粤港澳航运服务合作机制研究综述

港澳是广东经济发展最重要的外部推动力,是"经济转型"举足轻重的合作伙伴,进一步深化粤港澳各领域合作,是全面深化推进改革的重要举措.基于粤港澳区域经济一体化发展为背景,以航运服务合作为出发点,对国内外关于粤港澳航运服务理论研究的相关文献进行了梳理,归纳粤港澳现代航运服务的发展特点、发展规律、发展现状,总结了粤港澳航运服务存在的问题,针对我国目前在粤港澳航运服务合作机制方面研究空白,提出了今后的研究方向和重点:合作方法和模式研究、合作政策衔接研究、合作策略和措施研究.     

基于索洛余值理论的公路网发展贡献率研究

在分析经济增长理论的基础上,应用索洛余值的中性技术进步理论方法,扩展性引入了公路网发展规模即等效里程因素,建立了公路网发展规模与区域国民经济增长的发展模型,并以甘肃省近10年来的数据为例,综合分析测算了固定资产投资、从业人员、路网等效里程和其他因素对国民经济的贡献率,最后提出了甘肃省仍需继续加快公路网发展,以期为甘肃省国民经济发展做出更大的贡献。     

Sasobit改性沥青的结构与性能研究

在Pen 60/80基质沥青中加入不同含量的Sasobit,应用常规的沥青性能试验(针入度试验、粘度试验、组分试验等)测试Sasobit改性沥青分别在15℃,25℃,30℃的针入度和软化点,以及60℃,120℃,135℃的粘度和组分等性能指标;通过旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)试验模拟沥青的短期老化和长期老化,评价Sasobit改性沥青的耐久性。同时,利用凝胶色谱仪(GPC)和红外光谱仪(IR)测试Sasobit改性沥青的分子量分布、官能团变化等微观性能,分析Sasobit对沥青宏观性能、官能团以及分子量等微观性能的影响,定性地建立Sasobit改性沥青微观性能与宏观性能之间的关系,从微观角度分析Sasobit改性沥青的性能变化规律。结果表明:在沥青中加入Sasobit后,Sasobit与沥青中的—OH和C—H发生了化学反应,这些化学反应导致沥青中出现了新的芳香族C—O键,并使得Sasobit的长链烷基与沥青中的沥青蜡发生了共晶,因而改变了沥青的晶体结构、组分比例以及胶体结构,使沥青的性能有了明显的改变,提高了沥青的高温性能,降低了沥青的低温性能;这一点与在沥青混合料中加入Sasobi...

为了使连续配筋混凝土路面在我国得到应有的推广和应用，总结了国外连续配筋混凝土路面在工程中的应用情况，以及对该类型路面的研究过程、研究方法和取得的成果，可为我国相关学者进行研究，建立符合我国环境类型的设计规范和施工方法，提供较为详实的第一手资料。     

保阜高速公路跨京广铁路立交桥梁方案研究

目前我国高速公路、市政道路与铁路发生交叉越来越多,如何选择合理的跨越方案,减少对铁路运营的影响,是当前需要重点研究的课题。就上跨铁路的桥梁方案进行研究,提出了预应力混凝土T形刚构转体、预应力混凝土独塔单索面斜拉桥、预应力混凝土T梁的桥梁方案,并对各个方案进行全面评价,并选择对铁路影响最小的T形刚构转体方案跨越,显著减少对铁路的影响,并确保铁路运营的安全。     

网络合作学习策略下的大学生英语思辨能力培养实证研究

我国大学英语新一轮教学改革特别强调应注重学思结合,其根本目标就是要提高学生的思辨能力、创新能力。作者将网络合作学习策略探索性的应用在大学英语课堂教学活动中,通过实验教学、问卷调查及访谈等方式开展实证研究。通过实验数据分析,发现网络合作学习策略在教学中的应用的确对提高学生的思辨能力水平起到了积极推动的作用。     

The social context of informal commuting: Slugs, strangers and structuration

Despite considerable interest in the role of social interactions and social context on transportation, there have been very few attempts to explore specific cases of social interaction influencing transportation systems. This paper explores the social practice of slugging, an informal system of carpooling in the Washington, DC area. Slugging emerged in response to the establishment of Virginia’s High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes in the early 1970s, as single drivers picked up riders alongside the road (slugs) in order to meet the requirements for driving in the less congested HOV lanes. Drawing on the work of sociologist Anthony Giddens, as well as the sociological insights of Georg Simmel and Stanley Milgram, we suggest that the practice of slugging highlights the processes of institutionalization and structuration. This paper details how the region’s mass transportation policies and urban culture have combined to result in an institutionalized practice with particular norms and logics of behavior. We conclude that looking at specific cases where social context has affected transportation, like slugging, could provide useful insights on the impact of social context on transportation policies and systems.     

The Necessity of Establishing a Regional Marine Research Program for the U.S. West Coast

The welfare of the marine environment of the U.S. West Coast of California, Oregon, and Washington is hindered by insufficient understanding of ecosystem dynamics and human pressures. Greater coordination, integration, and support of mutually identified research priorities across research organizations on the West Coast are necessary. This level of collaboration is essential to responding to regional ecosystem threats, such as the impacts of human occupation of coastal areas, over-harvesting of marine resources, and climate change. To address this need for collaboration and build on the accomplishments of existing research organizations, this article advocates the establishment of a West Coast regional marine research program (RMRP).
